Prevalence of NPS use - the implementation of a standardised methodology.

This work package 3, stimulates collaboration between, 25 member organisations of 3 European networks in the field of drugs: NEWNET (9), YODA (7) and FESAT (9). These projects are operating in 19 European countries. Involving these projects in this European project is a strategy to raise awareness in these organisations about the importance of building the necessary skills and capacity not only for reliable data collection across Europe but also for dealing with the challenges posed by the NPS phenomena in their interventions in general. For these projects it is an opportunity to achieve a more standardised model of data collection on NPS of which the benefits can stretch beyond this project both in scope and time.
